Help us reach 500,000 kids with our Peace Pals Global Exchange! Your generosity helps create a ripple of peace across the globe!

I have been a full supporter of this project for several years and have had GREAT joy, peace and love through sharing the postcards on my journeys. I have seen first hand how this project unites global communities and inspires peace through art and hope Ross is able to continue to expand and grow with it. Namaste.

Banners for Peace

This 8-10 week workshop involves painting up-lifting slogans and inspirational murals in collaboration with 5-12th graders on giant canvas.

How it Works:

  • The Banners for Peace workshop is a collaborative arts initiative inviting schools around San Francisco to organize a group of students to participate in the painting of a giant work of art with a simple up-lifting slogan and unique design.
  • Banner painting workshops meet for 60-90-minute sessions, one day a week, for eight-ten weeks as either an after-school program, or in conjunction with an existing art class.
  • These workshops provide a group of students the opportunity to work together to design, decorate, and paint a banner to reflect their voice and vision for peace.
